The Vision
Our clients wanted a fully modern home with architectural impact - clean lines, bold materials, and smart integration of living spaces. They envisioned something design-forward that still felt warm and livable.
Design Approach
We designed a cohesive open-concept layout connecting living, dining, and kitchen zones. The signature element is the custom walnut wood slat feature wall that extends from floor to ceiling, framing the entertainment area and adding warmth to the grey palette. Linear LED track lighting runs throughout, creating clean sightlines and even illumination.
Standout Features
The kitchen features handleless grey cabinetry with a dramatic black marble backsplash and waterfall island. A built-in glass display cabinet with interior lighting showcases glassware and adds a sophisticated bar element. Grey velvet dining chairs with brass legs complement the dark dining table, while a patchwork leather rug anchors the living zone.
